3. Personal Responsibility and No Guarantees
You acknowledge and agree that:

confirmation emails.
Some Services may be non-refundable once purchased, especially digital products or sessions that
have already been delivered or reserved.
It is your responsibility to review any applicable refund or cancellation policy before completing your
purchase.

emotional distress arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, Services, or
Content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these
Terms, the Site, Services, or Content shall not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid, if any, for the specific Service giving rise to the claim; or
One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above

employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages,
losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
